About Ask Me Anything: Ask Randall questions you don’t want to ask your colleagues or your board. Challenge him with your toughest problems. Ask for his perspective on your current strategy, specific tactics, or how to address a demanding issue. Or use his time to brainstorm on an upcoming initiative. Literally ask him anything: business strategy, growth, marketing, people/HR, speaking and thought leadership, digital tech, product management, addressing business issues, financing, exit, etc. At the end of the hour, Randall would take three minutes to ask two questions: Did he move the needle in the conversation? And if so, would it be valuable to do this again, but on a monthly basis? (Randall provides ongoing coaching for leaders looking to scale their organizations. Note: to be fair to his existing clients, we reserve the right to limit the number of Ask Me Anything sessions to one per organization.)
