Here are some FAQs that can provide some quick answers:


I bought the course - where do I find it?
In the top navigation menu, click "sign in".  After you've signed in, you will see a menu called "My Courses" - select this, and you'll see all of the courses that you've signed up for.  Click the course and you're in!

How do I change my password, add a picture, etc?
After you've signed in, click on the picture in the top-right corner; you'll see a drop-down menu with "My Account".  This is where you can change your password, add a picture, etc.

Where can I get the invoice for the course I just registered for?
It should have been emailed to you, but sometimes emails can end up in a junk mail folder.  If it's not there, it's easy to get another one: just sign into the platform, and in the top-right corner click on the picture, and select "My Account" from the drop-down menu.  You'll notice a left-hand menu that includes a "Billing" option.  Click this, and you'll see all of your invoices.  Click the one that you need.

I forgot my password - how do I get it?
It's easy to reset it yourself.  Click "Sign-in" from the top navigation menu.  Then under the big LOGIN button, click the link that says "Forgot Password"

Do I need to do each module of the course in sequence?
Strictly speaking, you can do the courses in any order that you wish. So if there is a topic that is a priority, then do this first.  That being said, it is better to do them in order:  we've built each course so that the knowledge is cumulative, and concepts introduced earlier in the course are built upon later.

I'm in the course, and the video is choppy
The videos in our courses are hosted in a high-speed video platform.  If your internet speed is slow or unstable, or if there is a problem with your internet service provider,  the video can be choppy.  If you are on a mobile device, move to an area with better mobile reception.  We have also provided a transcript of the video that you can review, so this may also be an alternative.

How do I fill in the PDF Executive Planners?
Our platform gives you the opportunity to do a quick browse-through of each Executive Planner - that's what you see on the screen.  To do the exercises, you will need to actually download the PDF.  Once downloaded, you can fill it out by typing directly in the PDF itself and saving it on your computer.  (You can also print it out and fill it out by hand.)

How do I get a certificate of completion?
At the end of each course, there is a short evaluation quiz - once this has been completed, a customized certificate can be downloaded.  

Do the courses count for professional development credits?
Upon completion of each course, you will receive a certificate of completion to document your participation that can be used to satisfy your association's or  regulatory body's CPD/CE/CEU requirements.  If your association or regulatory body requires additional documentation, please contact us and we'll do our best to make sure you get what you need.  If you are unsure whether a course would qualify for CPD/CE/CEU credits, please reach out.  

How are the courses structured?
Each learning module offers a micro-learning video – typically no more than 2-to-5 minutes long. Almost all course modules come with a  workbook of practical exercises that can extend the learning to your organization.  

How much time will a course take to complete?  
It's entirely up to you. The micro-learning videos can be consumed quickly and it's up to you how much time you invest into the exercises: the more you lean into the learning, the better that you'll be able to apply what you've learned.

I don't live in the United States - why are the prices in US dollars?
People take the courses from all over the world; USD pricing means that we can maintain pricing integrity: the price is the same everywhere - Europe, UK, and Canada.  Your credit card will show the charge in your home currency.  (Our platform does not provide for dynamic currency switching based on location.)  

I'm not happy with the course - can I get a refund?    
If you have completed at least 50% of a course, and are unsatisfied with it for any reason, we will refund your entire fee.  The only fine print is that we can only provide refunds within the first 90 days after enrolment.  (To help us improve the course in the future, we ask only that you spend a few minutes with us over Zoom.)

How many people can attend a training session or workshop?
In theory, as many as you like, but the real answer depends on what you want to achieve. Our platform can have up to 1000 attendees (or more, if pre-arranged), We recognize that the amount of interaction is vastly different if there are 30-50 people attending, vs 500 or 1000.

What if we want to pivot mid-year and change the series of topics we originally outlined for the monthly CPD topics?
No problem at all. We ask for three months notice as we will have already spent the time to customize the material for your audience and goals, including the prep of the weekly learning reinforcements.  If you need us to make changes earlier, we can do so, but there will be an additional charge, as we will need to spend additional time to customize the new sessions.

Can we access the recordings of our CPD trainings?
Yes, and we encourage it. All learning and development training webinars are housed in your client portal to be used as reference material for staff, and onboarding material for new staff.

What if we want to "expand" one particular topic to a live in-person training, perhaps at one of our events?
It's true that some topics are best learned through an experiential, hands-on process, which is only possible live in-person.  And it's also true that reinforcing the monthly CPD with a "part 2", live at an event will reinforce and activate the learning.
