Impact Programs

Drive significant change:  Build Internal capacity to address the gap between your strategy and successful execution.

One-time training sessions will never move the needle.
Only an integrated approach can create a lasting impact.

There are no stopgaps or "magic wands." Our Impact Programs are integrated enterprise-class programs to build capacity and a high-performance organization. We deliver this through our keynotes, one-on-one performance coaching, ongoing CPD, courses, tools/templates, facilitation, and more.

Our Impact Programs are designed to:
> Empower and upskill every employee in your organization:  from senior leadership, to middle management, to the frontline.
> Create a lasting cultural impact toward independent and sound decision-making.
> Align your team for greater efficiencies: the same message is delivered through coaching, keynotes, CPD, etc.

We offer two different Impact Programs:
> Impact Programs to build alignment throughout the entire organization,
> Impact Programs focused on upskilling new and experienced managers.

All Impact Programs include:

  •    Powerful Keynotes and Facilitation: Delivered by Hall-of-Fame business speaker, Randall Craig.
  •    Impactful Professional Development: On-demand learning that works with your schedule. (We also do custom live-in-person training.)
  •    C-level Coaching and Management Advisory: Provides one-on-one perspective, knowledge, and leadership development for key leaders. We ask tough questions, and aren't afraid of rolling up our sleeves when necessary.

Curious about our Impact Programs?  Answers to common questions...

How do we assess what my organization needs?

You may already know what you need, based on the Impact Programs described on this page.  But every organization is different, and we are able to customize our offerings specifically to what you need.  How big is the problem or opportunity... and how big is the gap that needs to be closed? We usually start with a "pre-consult" call, and will often offer a no-cost coaching session to allow you to test-drive how we work.  Once we have a better understanding, we'll provide  a detailed proposal.

How long until we start seeing results?

Month one you should start seeing the learning from the first leadership coaching sessions and team CPD beginning to animate conversations.  But change takes time and reinforcement: there is no magic bullet.

What do we have to have in place to start?

Likely your investment in your people was done tactically, split between departments (HR, Sales, Events, etc) and not building a new common vocabulary - or impact.   To start, executive buy-in is a must, along with a leadership team that is open to new approaches.

What support can I expect?

We are committed to making the program work for you. Any member of your leadership team can contact us with questions or feedback. We will pivot as your organization's challenges change –– and  we want them to change, because change means you have overcome your previous challenges. We are here to help you succeed.
