   Questions?  Intrigued with the possibilities?

The resources above should be able to answer some of your questions, but I'd be happy to spend some time with you over zoom to answer any others.  And if you would like to "test drive" what it's really like to work with me, I'll put skin in the game: we'll meet for 60 minutes, and you can ask your toughest questions.  If my ideas move the needle, we'll both know that it is a good "fit".

What we do as coaches

  • Help solve the "you don't know what you don't know" problem.
  • Help you succeed in your leadership role.
  • Share new perspectives, ask tough questions.
  • Help you achieve your organizational goals.
  • Help spot risks and opportunities.
  • Share openly any resources we have that can support you and your organization from out 1100+ resources (and likely create one if we don't have one).
  • Come prepared (ask us how...).
  • Share resources before our coaching sessions so we can have a higher order conversation.
  • Available between calls to advise on time-sensitive matters.
  • It will be fun.

What we don't do as coaches

  • Personality testing (you can do this on your own)
  • Accountability (we don't check your to-do lists: most leaders have this figured out already.)
  • We are not therapists.
  • Drama: We are easy to work with.  There are no surprises...
